Which tool has this feature?

I'm looking for a tool that has this feature: When I target the followers of different accounts, I want to be able to see how well their followers convert to following me.

Instazood has this but I've read from many pages that izood is scammy and/or will get you blocked so I don't want to use it.

Any thoughts on this? I believe this would dramatically increase any marketers efforts, since you can constantly dump the competitor accounts which don't work for you and try new ones and thus make optimal use of the limited amounts of likes/follows that you can do per day.

I know for a fact Jarvee and GMT2 both have this feature. It's called follow-back ratio.

FollowPlanner does have that and shows how much is the followback ratio.
