Which tool can schedule posts on a Facebook page and automatically make individual pre-planned comments once the post is published?

I don't think there's currently a tool in the market that would allow you to have this automated 100% as it's too custom to your needs.
But you can find tools that have Auto posting and then you will need to grab the post URL and add it manually to the comment tool of the accounts you want to comment with.
So, some manual work is involved.

I believe SuSocial can do that. You can set up a campaign to schedule FB posts and then set it to send the published posts URL to the Comments & Like tool

Scheduling posts on FB isn't available, right? As for making individual comments automatically, I think it's a bit difficult, and I don't know of any such tool.
