Which tool can do the following?

step 1. scrape articles for multiple keywords.
step 2. add the sentences from all of the articles to one file.

What I'm aiming for is a list of 30,000 niche relevant sentences. Then, I will be able to use a custom tool to pull random sentences from that list and combine them to generate unique articles.
