which tool can do this ?

part1) I enter the keyword it scrapes article from 500 + different source then it mixes those 500 article to one another and make 500 different articles of it and then if i want it mixes cuts edits to many more time as i want to ...and i get output as 500 readable article for my keyword .

part2) Also a tool which can make 500+ web 2 blogs and when i enter these details in it it automatically creates and posts ..

I'm no expert, but I don't believe there's any tool that can do this. Even if there was, the quality of the spun articles wouldn't really suffice for a quality website.

I'm a developer and it MIGHT be possible to create a tool that can do this, but it would be difficult to build it quickly.

I dont know of any software out there at the moment that does what your asking. I think you will need something custom coded for your needs

If there is a tool, I would think the quality of the articles will be extremely poor.
