    HINT:

    Check out the source code whenever you want to know which theme a blog is running:

    <link rel="stylesheet" href="http://www.tweetattacksreview.info/wp-content/themes/manifest_v1.1/style.css" type="text/css" media="screen" charset="utf-8" />

    Then run a search for that specific theme name. Or, check out the actual style.css file.

    /*
    Theme Name: Manifest
    Theme URI:
    Description: A clean and streamlined theme that focuses on the content and not the distractions.
    Version: 1.01
    Author: Jim Barraud
    Author URI: http://jimbarraud.com
    Tags: simple, clean, single column

    */

    Hope that helps both now and in the future.

    indeed, go to "view" then "page source" and click on something that says something with "WP". If it doesnt give direct link, just google the name. In this case google: wp theme manifest.
