which template(s) whould i be using on sick submitter?

Hi all,

Im very new to SS, i just bought it yesterday.

i think i understand the process and want to turn my scraped forums into a sic file.

can anyone recommend the best template? as i tried the standard one that came with SS and got a high failure rate, though i have also purchased some private proxies overnight and started to filter my links using SB's alive link checker.
