Which template for WooCommerce with loads of plugins, (I have an example from Shopify)

It will difficult to find something that includes every section of the site. It depends how well you can manage your way around wordpress.

Do you know how to edit the themes yourself? Do you have designing skills?

Can you find a theme that is close to that design. Possibly. But it will require tweaking to get every single section.
