Which Technical SEO Fix Had the Biggest Impact on Your Site?

If I had to prioritize, I'd start with making sure the important pages are being crawled and indexed properly. After that, I'd look at site structure and internal linking so Google can easily understand the content.

Site speed and Core Web Vitals are worth improving too, but in my experience, fixing crawling, indexing, and internal linking has usually had a bigger impact than chasing small speed improvements.

Fixing crawl and indexing issues and cleaning up internal linking the biggest ranking boost much more than chasing tiny Core Web Vitals improvements.
 
In my opinion, don't optimize everything at once. Compare Search Console data, crawl logs and revenue to fix the errors that are directly affecting the most promising pages.

After fixing technical SEO issues—such as indexing problems—and optimizing internal links, how long did it take for you to see changes in rankings after Google re-crawled the site?

Cleaning up technical errors like broken links, redirect problems, and duplicate pages helped more than I expected. It made the site much healthier overall.
 
Resolving indexing and crawl issues delivered the biggest SEO gains by ensuring search engines could find and rank the right pages efficiently.

For most sites, the first changes appear within 2–4 weeks after Google re-crawls the updated pages. Larger sites can take a couple of months. It really depends on crawl frequency, competition, and how serious the technical issues were.
 
1. Internal linking!!
2. Sitemap.xml correct
3. Redirect for e.g. www. to non www
4. Canonicals
 
Indexed pages are very important and also the internal linking and structure will be best to optimize. Also updating and posting content constant is a must to get best results
