    Hey,

I need to install a support script on my server for a new website and was wondering which one you would reccomend?

What i really want to use it for is both process orders (so that from the order form they turn it into a support ticket to which files can be uploaded and replies added).

And also to manage the support issues and problems given by a contact us form!

Now this will be the first time i use one (hence why im asking)

So first is this possible? and second which software/script will do this?

    Home Page:
Kayako eSupport: http://www.kayako.com - Support system with a ton of features. Used by some big corporations.

WHMCS (billing/orders and support): http://www.whmcs.com - I'm not sure what you are selling but this software is geared toward web services, especially web hosting but it is very flexible. You can integrate Kayako eSupport into WHMCS if you prefer eSupport over WHMCS' ticket system .

And more importantly, you can get it for free. Or pay some bucks to remove the "powered by" text in the footer.

    Doesnt support "email piping"!

Which seems to be what i need as the order form has many parts to it and so they all need to have boxes and then go to the support ticket automatically on submit with all the details arranged correctly.

Maybe im over complicating it though im not sure but i want it to be simple to make an order for the clients (for the service).
