I have done all below but visitors are not increasing thru google

1) done on page optimisation of my site like valid xhtml,google pagespeed
2) daily original and engaging content
3) social posting

plz help

You can also perform guest posting and forums participation techniques for getting huge visitors. Maybe these techniques also help you to get better visitors.
 
Try to get links from high authority sites and guest post with real traffic these will help to increase traffic of your site.
 
As others said build some quality PBN Backlinks, Guest posts and Authority links.
 
Place the keywords properly in the first and last paragraph
add untapped keywords
add infographics

Create web 2.0
Forum posting

social interactions.

what you consider quality may not be quality to google.
 
As above members said, Build quality backlinks from authority sites. You can also buy guest posts here in the marketplace.
Also when we go for on page optimization, make your meta description very strong. It will help more for site ranking in SERP.
 
Guest posts, long tailed keywords. Maybe try to do your visitors not only viewers and readers but active participants of the process - something like polling, puzzles, quizzes.

Do you target multiple keywords or only one keyword also what is the competition for these keywords and which position are you in google for the keywords
Maybe you dont get traffic from google because you are not ranking high enough
