I'm currently using statcounter.com

But want to change.

What do you guys use, the one that give real time stats.

i use histats and I am completely satisfied with it. It is free, no limitation and gives you all the necessary stats. However if you are planning to sell your website then you should go for analytics, as it is widely accepted.

we use the google stat tool for the sites we whitehat and statcounter for the sites we blackhat

I second Piwik, though I have not used the others that have been suggested. I have been quite pleased with it. You can use more than one at a time and then pick what you like the best.
