Hi, which software do you recommend for creating videos ?

Not complex ones, something to work easily and to put the voice over nice ?

I use lumen5 but I look for something more animated.

What you recommend ?

Thank you

To be honest, I had never heard of Lumen5 before, so I had to look it up. Wondershare Filmora X is a good choice. It is simple to learn and master. If you want to make more advanced videos in the future, Adobe Premiere Pro is a good option.

I used to use Adobe Premier for video editing few years ago and I was very happy with it since it is a complete video editing tool. However I had few fresher team members who could not use it since they were quite new to video editing. So I got Camtasia for them.

Camtasia has a very neat and solid interface but then it has its own limitations. The output movie files were also too large so we realised it is not serving the purpose of making videos for youtube.

We then switched to Wondershare Filmora. Filmora is an amazing video editor tool specially made to create youtube videos. It has many features that help editing and video production is a breeze with it. It is a cheap software ($49.99 only) so you don't need to shell lot of money from your pocket to buy it.

We also tried our hands on Movavi video editor which is also a good cheap alternative to Filmora. It offers similar capabilities like Filmora.

Hi I use invideo, you can do a lot with it

I probably used Kapwing.

You can use
  1. Apple iMovie
  2. Lumen5
  3. Animaker
  4. Nero Video
  5. Corel VideoStudio

I was using Filmora, it's a very good video maker software. Easy to use and very powerful.

I use the OpenShot video editor.

It's 100% free and open source.

It's also the easiest video editor I've ever come across.

Believe me, I've paid for video editors before, and a lot of them are very confusing and often have features that I don't use.

With OpenShot, I have everything I need in one small compact package that works amazingly well.

I just get all my video clips as well as my voice-over and mp3 files and line them up.

As for a cover art or opening screen, I get that from Canva.

Everything is free.

Even the video clips that I use are free.

Obviously, recording a voice-over is 100% free.

But if you don't want to create videos with your own voice, there are text-to-voice software out there that are fairly affordable.

I've used one in the past that only set me back $27, and their AI or artificial intelligence voice system is actually pretty good.

I’m using Canva, Camtasia as I am an amateur. Can you recommend some good text to speech AI/software?
