Which Software Was Used to Generate This Backlink?

1) Probably Xrumer - Scrapebox doesn't have signup/login functionality AFAIK, and I don't think it's a platform that GSA submits to
2) That looks like one of SEO Autopilot/Money Robot's own network of wikis, so one of those tools would have to be used to submit to it (not sure which one)
