Which software does contextual blog comments?

I know sb does trackbacks, but thats not really contextual. Contextual is like a paragraph atleast with your links between the text. Are there any softwares/ methods of doing this?

Contextual links (the ones that inside the content) can only be done via some sort of article marketing or anything that the content are originated from you.

Some example are:
Article Marketing (Article Demon or AMR or Blog Networks)
Web 2.0 (SeNuke)
Wikis (I don't know what software does this)

Scrapebox can do this.

Contextual blog comments won't be as consistent because not all comment platforms accept the same formats so you may end up with a bunch of html codes instead of hyperlinks.

You are better off creating a comment that is relative to your site and then using your keyword as well as LSIs for the "Names" field that will be the anchor text to your site.

I think Blog Commenting Ninja attempts to do this through moderated comments. I haven't used it myself, so I can't say much, but I had a look at a video showing their software in use the other day. It was attempting to post relevant questions as blog comments by searching for and spinning questions based on the keywords in order to increase the chances of approval by the blog owner.
