They look like they were knocked up in 3 minutes, but just wondered which software created them?
Yes, the videos could also realistically be created in Adobe Premiere. But any other video editing program could also do it.It's hard to say exactly what software was used, but the videos aren't anything special and could be put together pretty easy in any capable video editing software. A couple of lower third graphics and the ability to remove the green screen will get you the majority of the way there.
If it were me, I would use Adobe Premiere. There is built in lower third graphics with Premiere and the ability to key out green screens. For the graphics, they could be made in something like Photoshop or even Canva (free) and then imported into Premiere.
