I am using https://sendy.co/ to send mass emails and yes, it has mail tracking - how many were opened and much more. It's not free but works.

Can sendy track every detail email is opened or not?
Not only the percentage of opened Statistics?

I checked and I think it does not do that. Here is a sample of the stats for a newsletter I had sent:
42.79% opened 86 unique / opened 144 times
117 not opened
13.9303% clicked a link 28 unique clicks

No, you use their smtp server. Used it only for whitehat stuff. No idea how they handle Blackhat techniqus.
