Thanks for the complete rundown. As I don't have money at present, what can I start in ranking? Can I copy some articles and paste in GSA for some time?? Will that work? I could gain some ranking no?

the only method with no money if your lucky is adrian uploading adult metrial , for adult traffic.
you can try everythink whitehat but takes around 3 months to get anythink indexed
i said many times no money very hard get into internet marketing .
but there many free ways but takes effort doing everthink manually

Dude, you are asking the whole week for some shortcuts, no there are none, you are late with about 5 years. You can not rank website fast, nor expecting to stay ranked for long. IF it was easy everybody will do it. Its like in the sport, everybody can run somehow(except people with disability or diseases), a few take the olympics, and some are playing some sports in the professional league.

The 10dayRanker software, but they seem to have come up with the 7dayRanker now. That just seems as a scam though it take the old legit version of the 12dayRanker /sarcasm off
