Which Software Can Create This?

So as usual, no crap, straight away my question.

Need a script (standalone/wp addon etc) to do this:
1. Display custom sales page with 3-5 buy now buttons for different packages
2. Create membership levels for each of these "packages". (So, the software needs to be able to create membership sites as well).
3. After buying, user should be able to fill forms based o selected package. eg. if package allows 10 form fillings, then user should be able to fill form 10 times before subscription is renewed.
4. Could be, but not required, a support system ticket, to interact with buyers.

So yeah, this might be a lot to ask for, but if you know anything for this, any work around, post your ideas here!

Tried it long ago. Both PT an OP lack one thing:

Did you took a look at WHMCS ? I think you can automate the process you want with some custom fields or something.
