For B2B companies, LinkedIn and Twitter are the best channels. LinkedIn is works exceptionally well for lead generations. That's a lot better, thank you. Facebook and Twitter are your only choices here, but there's not a way to completely limit the traffic down to the US and UK unless you choose the ads route.

What groups are you looking for? There're obviously loads of people from the US and UK on the platforms I've mentioned above.

all depends on what kind of website your wanting to build? Blogs are a great way to build up traffic.
As for social media, the simple answer is all social medias work. just stick to one or two and post relevant information that people are interested in.
e.g facebook groups or if its youtube then youtube videos etc.

Like someone mentioned above you may chose the social media platform based on type of website, moreover why just limit yourself to one platform, you may explore multiple platforms for your purpose.

If you’re focusing on entertainment news, platforms like LinkedIn and Pinterest won’t be of much use. Your best option is probably Twitter. Facebook and YouTube could also get you a lot of traffic. As for Instagram, it may be helpful (especially Stories), but I don’t think it will be as efficient as the other three.
