Hello BHW Members!
I'm in the SMM business and have a question

In general, there are two types of SMM services: cheap but unstable, and expensive but stable

I've always been disappointed with services that frequently drop, so I strive to provide an expensive but stable service. However, sometimes I encounter customers who prefer cheaper services, even if they are less reliable..

Why is this?!

Wouldn't offering unstable services alongside stable ones on my panel potentially harm my reputation?
I'm curious about your preferences and, if possible, your reasons for them

Well some people just want to use cheap because of the nature of their service so they don't need anything fancy

Sometimes people don't want to spend much money for these kind of services because of the uncertainty associated with them. They prefer quantity over quality. That's why people opt for cheap services.

In my experience, customers who look for cheap services knowing that they are not so reliable are going for it as they need it for short term and are not concerned about drops and speed etc.

But I have mostly encountered customers who look for reliable services which are at a fair price and not too expensive.

Offering cheaper services with a proper description that the service is meant for someone who is looking for the cheapest price and is not worried about the quality will not harm your reputation.

Offering both types of services are better for more sales but also educating customers about the benefits of more reliable and slightly higher-priced services is important.

Make sure that the services you are providing at a high price have a warranty against drops and have a fast start and completion time so the customers know why they are priced higher than other similar services and will make them feel that its a fair price considering the quality.

I was surprised by the number of people who wanted a cheap service
It seems like we need to adapt to the needs of our customers

Reliability is also important..?
Thank you

Good idea
I'll make the risks explicit when I offer a cheaper service
and write down the reasons to use a reliable service
Thank you

Yup, it's what they need. Now, you will meet their requirements or decide to go only with higher - quality rates

Quick advice, start using multiquote feature of the forum because is not allowed to reply one after the other in separate replies

Like somebody else said, i prefer my panel.

That said, if you have a panel, offer cheap and expensive. But even as i say that, i dont practice what i preach on this one.

If you have like a shop with 1 server type thing for each service, go mid to high end.
