Hi,

I think keyword density on a page is one of the most important factors of on page seo.

I am checking keyword densities with a few sites' tools but all of them showing different results.

So which one do you think is the best or accurate?

Which one do you use?

Should we consider adding image alt tags, image file names and image titles to the keyword density calculation?

Thanks

I use semrush to check keyword density. You can use it to get better result.

I do those things but I don't count them in my keyword density.

The keywords mentioned in the body of the article are the ones I count for my keyword density.
I use Yoast SEO to check if the articles ordered by my clients met the 1 percent keyword density requirement.
If you don't like Yoast SEO, you may Google "keyword density checker".

You can try one of these -

1. Live Keyword Density Analysis
2. ADD Me Tool
3. SEO Centro Tool
4. Article Underground
5. SEO Chat Keyword Density Tool

You can easily do that with the help of WebSite Auditor. There is Total Density as well as density count in other elements. You see competitors' density straight away as well.

Alt tags probably weigh more for google images ranking and less for the main SERPs but yeah, they should somehow come into the calculation IMO.

How do you use Yoast SEO for multiple keyword check?

Put keywords one by one?

I use several tools. And I don't wait for accurate volume or so. I try to go with maximum tool and find out the average and work according to that. I Few of them are semrush, keyword planner, keyword spy, wordtracker, kwfinder, serps, ahref, moz and etc.
