Which site is suitable for beginners?

I saw many people promote CPA link in Facebook manually in the comments section and Post.
Now I want to make some money.... doing it.
I don't know what kind of offer I should choose to promote? As a beginner it will be very much appreciated to me if you tell me some of the CPA sites name who doesn't scam.

Adult or dating would be easiest to promote (hence spammed a lot) I guess. You'd need to choose a beginner friendly network. Every network won't approve you to run their offer so just apply for some networks and promote the ones that approve you.
