I'm looking to help my new site in the best possible way.

I have $100 to spend, I have a few posts on my website that should be easyish to rank for.

But I'm undecided which is the best way to help my posts rank.

Should I buy a few expired domains with a little but of DA..and post some blog posts on them and point them to my posts

Or Buy a service on here from a pbn with blog posts pointing to my blog

Or buy a 30 ish DA link on shared.domains to get one homepage link pointing to my homepage?

I would build a few links to homepage with permanent homepage links from other sites and then build some links targeting your keywords to your posts.
 
$100 is too little for a backlinking campaign that matters. Just spend it all on content.... or on social media promotion... or buy some foundation links (profile links on high DR sites like issuu, adobe, soundcloud, author, disqus, etc) to give your site a bit of trust if you absolutely must throw your money away
 
Save that $100 for your hosting and domain expenses. Don't go for backlinks and stuff now because $100 won't do much.
 
I've got domain and hosting that's fine, I can write my own content. But I'm just asking what's the best way to invest the $100?
 
I would either invest into PBN or content.

If the website is new, content.
 
Establish your social presence first before doing so. With your $100, you can try to boost your engagements or do some ads.
 
We would have to get more details about your site to see which strategy will be the best one for you, blog post and domains are definetely a huge thing you cant leave behind that is of course your site is in good conditions in terms of on page seo, check that first before spending anything, go to social media then, do gmb optimization if you have a gmb and then go for the blogs and domains

Create the supporting content and interlink them.

Or get some foundational backlinks like profiles, web2.0, etc.
 
$100 would be insufficient for getting quality backlinks. Since your site is new, you can focus on content creation and social media engagement.

Try these 2 methods you will get increase results from this and increase your budget little bit so it helps your site leads performance
 
You can focus on adding more high quality articles, do proper internal linking and promote them on social medias. $100 is not good enough for backlinks.

I'll also go for this answer. You should needed to increase your budget. Well Said Tazarbm.
 
As others have said, I would instead focus on slow growth and increase your savings. You wouldn't want to burn your entire savings on a failed campaign/project if things go south, which they always can.
 
If you have a new site, $100 for backlinks is not sufficient. So as advised above you can just spend it on creating quality content.
 
You should spend the money on high quality content before buying backlinks.
