No one will tell you that, because you can't assure that X ou Y is better than Z or Z is better than XY.
You should go, with a Hosting that fill your requeriments. Avoid EIG companies.

I have been using Namecheap Shared Hosting and I think it's good. Plus there support service is great as well.

Using a dns can make them faster, if not caching, minify and image optimization is good.

Bluehost has the extraordinary affiliate deals. So, never go with them. Same is the case with Siteground. You can't really trust any positive reviews.
You can go with Namecheap or some provider here on BHW. The shared hosting generally adds 1 sec delay to page loading speed for simple WordPress sites. They'll be slower if you have maps, page builders, contact forms etc on your page. So, if you're going with shared hosting, optimizing your page is important for speed.

Weird so many are saying NameCheap. I have a client on their and his site is super slow, it's not a clunky site either.

They probably all get 0 visitor.
Once you start having 2-3 or more visitors in parallel, you truely start to hate shared hosting lol.

I made some blogs on Siteground as a "free giveback" to someone in this forum, never worked with Siteground before, but I must say, I was impressed of their system with their own cache/optimization plugin, it was really fast for a shared hosting, so if that is what you need, go with Siteground shared hosting.
Do you have a big penis to? .. ;-) .. Obviously you can´t compare shared hosting with a good vps.Give a proof, I will have a VPS and we will see if you are more faster than my VPS.
