Which SEO tools do you find most valuable for competitor analysis?

While there aren't many prominent alternatives to SEMrush and Ahrefs, you might want to consider exploring SpyFu and Serpstat as viable options.
Yes I have heard about spyfu but didn't try it.
I use SpyFu to sneak a peek at my competitors' best keywords and ads; it's like a secret map to what's winning for them, helping me plan my strategies smarter.
Will try it
Ahrefs is only tool that i use for competitor analysis.
This is good one.

Several useful tools can assist you with competitor analysis for SEO so that you can learn more about their tactics and find ways to enhance your own. Some of the most useful SEO tools for analyzing competitors are listed below:

SEMrush: SEMrush is a thorough SEO tool that includes tools for competitive analysis, such as domain overviews, organic research, and backlink evaluations. You can examine the keywords and backlinks your rivals are obtaining rankings for.
Ahrefs: Ahrefs is well known for its ability to analyze backlinks. You may investigate the backlink profiles, best-performing content, and keyword rankings of your rivals. You may improve your content and link-building methods by using this data.

SpyFu: SpyFu is a competitive intelligence tool that offers details on the organic and paid search tactics used by your rivals. The keywords they are bidding on, their ad wording, and their SEO effectiveness can all be tracked over time.

Domain analysis, keyword research, and backlink analysis are among the functions found in Moz's toolkit. You may learn how your competitors are performing and where you might improve by using Moz's competitive analysis tools.

SimilarWeb: SimilarWeb offers information about the audience demographics, website traffic, and referral sources of your competitors. This information can be useful for figuring out where your rivals' traffic comes from and how you can effectively compete.
Websites of your competitors can offer helpful insights that no technology can entirely capture by visiting those websites and examining their on-page SEO, content quality, user experience, and conversion methods. Understanding the user journey and experiences provided by your competition is crucial.

The best tools for competitor analysis will rely on your unique goals and available resources. When you combine the information from multiple of these tools, you can get a comprehensive picture of your competitive environment and be better able to make data-driven decisions to improve your SEO approach.

I would also add Linxact to the list as it‘s the only tool showing you hidden PBN backlinks of your competitors.

I have been using Ahref and SEMrush to research my competitors since 2015. I did not try/prefer any SEO tools in the meantime. What do you guys use to spy on your competitors? When mentioning any tools please let us know why it is more exceptional than any other tools out there.

Thanks for your time.
Ahrefs and SEMrush are both excellent SEO tools, but there are others worth considering:

Moz
SpyFu
SE Ranking
Ubersuggest
Serpstat

The choice between these tools depends on your specific needs and preferences. Consider factors like user interface, pricing, and the depth of data provided. It's a good idea to take advantage of free trials to see which one aligns best with your SEO goals.

Semrush and Ahrefs both I use simultaneously, One more thing, to spy on my competitor I have put notifications ON of his website. So whenever he will add any new content, i will get a notification on my email. So you can try the same if you want complete update for the competitors website.
