Which SEO tool is the best? AHrefs & SEMRush seem to be reporting bad data

As per title - SEMRush and Ahrefs both showing crazy traffic swings that just didn't happen (at least according to GA & Search Console). Not sure if the algorithm change hit them or what. Is there a better tool out there? Maybe Moz? Something cool and new I don't know about?

industry standard still depend on those that you've mentioned, apart from checking and validating the traffic from both the GSC and GA
 
Only log files of your web-server can show the right traffic!
Any third-party tool will fail.

And why you are triyng to monitor traffic via SEMRush and Ahrefs??

Imagine if the corps with the highest number of crawlers are having these issues, how good the others could be…

Why not using straight G's keyword planner?
 
Until now these are the best options out there.

You can't expect real data from third party tools. These are to get assumptions of overall metrics.

The duo are the best SEO tools in the market. They have the largest database and are good for most things. There maybe some obscure niched down tool that may be better than them at a very specific thing. But overall, you'll can't go wrong with either of the two.
 
Then you should use similar web pro.
 
Semrush works great for me -- besides this, you could hire a clairvoyant :eek:

That's not what I use either for, just noticed they were way off on these figures (which is also important when attributing traffic to keywords) and wondering if something else better was out there.

I personally prefer Semrush because it has variety of tools like backlink overview,domain analytics.It also has a content marketing platform.
