There are few decent audit tools out there but when presenting reports for onboarding new clients best to do it manually then using automation tools...just my 2 cents!

I will suggest you to create a template on your own. For a knowledgeable client, it will be impressive. You will obviously use the tools for audit, but the data should have the format according to you and the client.
