which SEO service should I get?

I own a small micro-niche website which ranks in the 40s. Competition is not much, but I haven't been doing much SEO either.

The marketplace is full of services and I have no idea from which I could benefit more.

Please suggest one in the budget of $250.

Mate, There is no doubt that seo has a great contribution to increase sites reputation and traffics. So when you'll receive seo services then you have to receive that consciously otherwise all of your costs will be go in vain. You can search for the trusted agencies who are providing these services for few years. Such agencies are available. $250 is not so much high budget but it's enough budget to get these service.
 
I suggest you hire a sub-contract SEO person or a person who knows what he's doing.

Don't buy the SEO packages in the marketplace, it's not for everyone. Only for people who knows what they're doing and how seo works.
 
I suggest not to buy any seo services, if your site is micro niche and I am assuming it should be with LOW comp keywords. If you have time, perform basic seo yourself or if you dig deeply, can find cheaper option.

Not sure whether you got to hire any service from marketplace, but do try Sristys Thunderbolt Network, you can just search for it. I don't want to link it here as it is against the forum rules i assume. I am having great results with the backlinks from her blog network.
 
You should just buy the services yourself based on what you site needs. You won't get someone who knows what they're doing and sharing an honest opinion with you for $250. I believe an hour consultation with BassTrackerBoats or t0mmy will run you $500/hr, and your budget clearly doesn't allow much of that.
 
Build the links yourself considering the low comp you are after. There's no guarantee when you're buying it from someone else especially with that budget.
