there are lots of SEO services on this forum ! You should check with the BST section ! Also the services do depend on your needs for SEO as well. Its better you explain a bit longer about your requirement or check with the BST instead. Good luck buddy

Almost all of the services are good, or they wouldn't be approved.
The main thing with blackhat services is that they need to be used intelligently - you need to combine them with your own skills (Site building, research, onpage SEO etc) and with each other, you need good anchor text ratios, link diversity and so on.
In summary, you really need to experiment and find your own results, as they will differ in every case.

There are tons of good services. Depends on what your budget is and what your goals are. For example, if you are gonna be making a rank and bank website, there are some good options that will get you up there faster. Others will do the job slower but the results will last longer. Do your research and you will find what you are looking for.
