Which script do this?

I have a page with almost 2 million people
Recently, every day I see this type of automated comments on page's posts
with 15-20 automatic likes from another accounts (to push the comment up)
All of this done by normal accounts and every time I ban them but they come with other account

I think it is done automatically without users know

Do u know what script or program do this?

Could likely be using tokens that are used to send the likes (if those still work).. Not sure if it's posting the picture automatically or not, though.
