↑ Especially to make your life easier and being more productive.
I know it depends on your "profile" (e.g.: I'm a developer), but there is also generic stuff that applies for all.
Personally, I try to automate stuff and use third party tools to help myself.
I also create tasks, reminders and invest in good hardware.
I care about my privacy and I don't want to be bothered, so I custom configure all my devices.
I also try to document stuff (writing text or a script, it depends) to have some leverage and reuse my own knowledge, without forgetting it. You know, I document my processes once, so I can repeat them any time.
Of course I have backup of my valuable data, to avoid losing it and make it easier to replicate into another device.
What about you?
