I have dedicated windows VPS for email sending. but I have 3rd party software they have multiple SMTP added and multiple IP setting systems. I need rotating IP many IP providers will block SMTP port. anyone help me which rotating proxy server is best for email sending??

Dont waste your time. 95% of proxies in the market are used for worst things and they dont even inbox nor spam box totally waste for using email purpose. If your going with residential proxies its gonna cost you around 200 to 600 USD per month minimum on one will easily allot you 2 or 4 ips they come in package.
