I have a client who wants me to use clad on his computer.

Which is the best remote access program? So far I have these 2 that I have looked at.

    http://pcnow.webex.com/

    or

    http://www.gotomypc.com/remote_access/remote_access

If anyone has used either or have another one that will be good, please let me know.

    Thanks

teamviewer is the most popular and easiest to setup

radmin is what I use in our datacenters for our DSL hosting and it provides a direct connection to the client.

    teamview free version sucks.

    try rd connection manager.

if they have business or enterprise windows vista or win 7, its built in.

In terms of speed LogMeIn(LMI) free has been the fastest one, but needs to be installed on the client computer. Teamviewer can also be installed for unattended support, but what makes it easy to use is the "quick support" version where a single EXE file is run, and you will connect to client using credentials shown on his computer. As for VNC don't even bother it is fu*king slow
