I user whatsmyserp for google and proranktracker for bing & yahoo.

Rank Tracking varies by location. The serps I receive is Salt lake City, Utah will be different than the serps you would get in Atlanta Georgia.

I use the Rank Tracker plugin. I find it accurate for national serps, but not so much for local.
