Which proxy you recommend to use for telegram accounts, friend?

I'd use rotating residential proxies if you're running a lot of accounts. If it's only a few then Static Residential is the way to go
 
You can use 4G mobile proxies since they work fine with all social media platforms. You can search in the marketplace (https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/proxies-for-sale.112/) as many sellers have listed their services there.

Proxies in order of what won’t get your accounts banned

Your own 4G IPs
Your home IP
Real residential proxy IPs
Normal 4G proxies IPs
Your own data centre IPs
Typical residential proxy IPs
Dedicated data centre proxy IPs
Shared data centre proxy IPs
Public proxies

I base this on my own experience and with writing software to test proxies
 
Funny, so many answers here, but nobody mentioned that for Telegram you need very special type of proxy server: with MTProto protocol support.
 
I use the cheapest one from webshare and I've never had issues
