4g proxies are the best one to use. With the power of the IP rotation it’s very hard to get banned and looks like it’s normal traffic.

4G my friend, I think this is the best option for your needs, with rotating IP's it's easier to get a views on youtube, if you use static ones, you can get 1 viewer from 1 IP only
