which proxy should I use?

mobile proxies give u the cleanest CGNAT coverage for gmail specifically. multiple real devices have the same one carrier IP and google sees that as normal human traffic patterns. the small modem farm i use to create gmail accounts hold up longer than usual.

each account should be paired to the same rotating session and not random rotation on request. session stickiness is important for gmail

In my experience, datacenter proxies don’t perform well for this use case, while residential proxies are a better option.

Keep a consistent IP per account/session and only rotate between accounts when necessary. It also helps to match IP location with the account’s history, avoid reusing the same subnet across multiple accounts, and maintain low, human-like request rates. Clean residential IPs with stable sessions tend to hold up best.

If you only need ~5 mins per account, rotating residential is fine. Just don’t switch IP mid-action - use one IP per session, then rotate after. Datacenter will burn fast on Gmail, so not really worth it even for short runs.
 
Google is very strict, so proxy type alone won’t solve everything. Datacenter proxies get flagged quickly for Gmail. Residential is usually more stable, but setup and behavior matter just as much.If activity looks automated or too aggressive, it will still get detected. Keeping things consistent and low volume is what helps most.
 
For managing multiple accounts Residental Proxies is must.
 
I think dynamic residential proxy would be more suitable for you in this situation.

Google doesn’t rely only on IP type (datacenter vs residential). They analyze behavior patterns, device fingerprints, and login activity.


So switching to residential proxies alone won’t guarantee safety. Most bans happen بسبب automation patterns and unnatural activity, not just the proxy.
 
yeah that actually makes sense. random rotating IPs always look sketchier than a consistent mobile session tied to one account. the sticky session part is probably why your accounts survive longer than most people’s setups
