which proxy service support login based authentication?

I searched, most (if not all) are IP based. I have to stick to the ip. any proxy that I can use for http request with credential? thanks

A proxy or internet connection of any sort requires an IP address, be it IPv4 or IPv6. The private proxies I use, use a username/password to verify the client is allowed to use the proxy.
Check buyproxies . org. They have pretty good proxies for a low fee.

Get a VPN it's cheaper
Buy Scrapebox and use it's inbuilt Scrape Proxies function.
