You mean those daily public proxy list services? If that's the case, I would say buy some harvester/tester tool like Proxy Multiply or Proxy Goblin. Those could fetch you lots of working proxies easily.

I've tried h**p://www.anonymous-proxies.net/. They're good.
Now, I'm with h**p://proxybonanza.com/.

Read the TOS if it fits.

I've been using anonymous-proxies.net for a few months now, and so far excellent speed and service. Highly recommended.
