Which proxy service allows bulk emailing?

I need to get some private proxies for doing bulk emailing ( nothing to big maybe 1k a day). Which of the services offer such a proxy? I checked with proxybonanza and they told me I can't use their private proxy service for sending emails? Anyone can recoomend a good and relatively cheap option?
