Hello everyone! I'm researching to start an SMM service and have a question: which proxies are SMM providers using to keep their hundreds of thousands of social accounts running well? I've tested with a 1000-account model, and the current proxy types like Oxylabs, Bright Data, etc., are quite expensive.

Use mobile + static residential (ISP) proxies for SMM at scale — they reduce blocks; for reliability use Bright Data, and for cheaper bulk look at Webshare; always give each account a sticky IP and don’t share IPs across many profiles.

For big SMM projects with tons of accounts, you can go with budget residential proxies like Proxy-Cheap, IPRoyal, and Webshare to keep costs down. For stuff like Instagram or TikTok logins, you’ll throw in some dedicated mobile 4G/5G proxies from Proxy-Seller, or Proxidize. By mixing these proxies, making sure the IPs are clean, and sticking each account to a steady region, you get solid performance without breaking the bank.

For hundreds of thousands of accounts, you'll need residential proxies. Mobile proxies won't work because you will have to pay per port and it wont be economical, same issue with ISP proxies (not economical for this quantity of IPs). There are other residential proxy providers who have lower cost, checkout the "proxies for sale" forum on BHW!

For large SMM setups, a mix of mobile and residential proxies works best. Mobile proxies handle account actions more safely, while residential ones can help scale for bulk operations at lower cost. Always bind one account per IP, keep regions consistent, and test a few providers from the marketplace before scaling up.
Thank you for everyone's advice! It seems like other providers are using API bots for their business, right? I am using a browser bot, so the cost of bandwidth-based proxies is quite high.

Try and find cheap residential proxies, that will be your best bet for sure
