Hi I'm looking to create/use around 25 different reddit Accounts. I want them to last long so they all need a different fingerprint and IP.

What do you guys think would be better? static residential proxies or 4g with rotation?

for 25 accounts 4G Proxies will have better price/quality ratio if you will use your accounts one by one.

If you want to use them at the same time, then static residential proxies are a better choice to take.

why is that?
Because 1x 4G proxy avg price is $60-80.
25x static residential avg price is $125($5*25).

4G has always higher trust score in general. For Reddit it does not matter so much but you can always use your mobile proxies for other shanigans thus you get more for your money.

but wouldn't Reddit ban my Accounts if I use the same 4G proxy on 25 accounts at the same time?

That's why I said - "one by one", you use 1-2 accounts, then rotate IP and repeat.

mobile proxies will be the best proxies for reddit IP trust score wise is so different :)

How about datacenter IPs? I can get extra IPs on my VPS packages for only $2/IP, then use OpenVPN to setup a proxy between me and the VPS. Is there any reason why I should use residential over datacenter?

Residental is fine, even datacenter can still usable. No need for 4G

4G if you have enough budget, this is the best option for you. You can find a lot of sellers in "Proxies for sale section", me personally can suggest proxy-seller.com one, they provide fine 4G proxies

I would place mobile proxies as preferred, but it can work with any other IP as long as any flag by Reddit wasn't recently issued on that IP/subnet.
Usually, the most spammed ones are those you see priced the lowest, and being mainstream among marketers that mostly deal with shady niches that gets reported a lot.

Also, fingerprint and IP are two different things. A fingerprint is what Reddit sees from your creation browser/app as being a unique device.
So ideally, you need to have a unique fingerprint for every account you create, otherwise you risk having them all suspended. A private browser or anti-fingerprint addon can help with that.

4g proxies.

Definitely 4g proxies. They are best the in the market for account creation and social media. Until the 5g takes over 4g is your best choice.
