Which Project Management tool do you use?

If you are 1 guy company or have your own CPA/Adsense business I would suggest free timecamp.com . Free for 1 user and cheap for more. Cheaper and still same quality as basecamp.

Yeah you can use basecamp and dropbox for this.

I think what you are really after is more an application like Trello. I think the simplicity of it would be perfect fit for you.

For managing IT project, I have used Assembla in the past and loved it.

If you want more choices in project management applications here is a list with comparison that helped me a lot to choose the right one for me.

I use Asana for my team (4 people) and its been working just fine for us to keep track of who is working on what, when projects are due, project updates, etc.

For file sharing with the team we use both Dropbox (its awesome and free) and Adobe Cloud, which is also awesome but not free... I got it with my Adobe Creative Cloud membership.

Im using Zoho projects, its working really well so far:)

Depends what you want it for.
We use Basecamp and it's right there at the top. But we have to manage a diverse workforce of 100 odd people scattered all over the globe in all different timezones.
