Which program work like that?

I'd like to know which youtube view increaser does not hit the video 200 times or so with one IP, but work the IP list from top down. The program should only hit the video-URL once per IP. It would also be okay if it hits the URL more than once with one IP but ONLY when it's done with all the other IPs.

Which program work like that (and is maybe here in the download section)?

No, not really, but I've a huge proxy list. Maybe I should code my own program, then I could test it all myself...

Tube increaser work like that as far as i know if you put the value of "1" for THREADS.

But we all know TI don't work now like it used to.It's a "no go" if you ask me.
