Any ever-green niche works well with google.

But be prepared to pay high cpc's with these niches.

The best way to compete with the big guys is to increase your LTV and have a high converting sales funnel.

There are many cheap tools that you can use to do this(leadpages) or you can create them yourself. Also, look for plugins that can accomplish the same thing. Always have a privacy policy near your opt-in too. Google likes to see this there.

There are many options in affiliate networks you can try.
Forex and binary are really hot and so are diet pills.
Choose any based on your budget.

In starting you should go for evergreen niche but for you will face more competition so you have to put high CPC.
