The best one is definitely Traffic Vance. But they have a minimum deposit requirement of $1000. So if you are not ready to invest this kind of money, I would recommend Media Traffic. They have a minimum deposit req of $100 and they are considered like one of the best PPV networks.

ok for the link i give i think it's not the truth they wrote Low Prices starting at $0.004 CPV
but when you sign up it's say price was $0,01 and increase to $0,015 so very different...
$0.004 CPV is for the RON (run on network) if i am not wrong

directcpv, but I've heard PPV traffic it's hard to convert on the first approach, you need to test things out
