Which PPV networks are good for newbies?

I want to try PPV network with CPA offer. Which networks should I experiment with as a newbie? Which networks have the minimum deposit requirement? I'm planning on direct linking the CPA offer and sending traffic. I want to experiment first so don't want to go in with a big budget in case I lose.

I suggest you to explore google for ppv ad networks. The best way is to negotiate with each source and discover all of their options (targeting, best countries, top ad formats etc...).
Dont just go blind for a cheap network, make some research or you'll eventually lose money.
