We accept adult offers for dating, porn, etc. The CPCs are fairly low as well.

I can do this and if enough are interested will provide a servide which allows you to get accounts set up and approved and then we switch the link sending click straight to affiliate sales page, if enough interest I will set up a sales thread here at BHW.

I think I have to disagree with one important point here.
You can still run affiliate ads on your lander. BUT, you need to cloak it and avoid too many redirects. A single redirect will be fine.
But I guess multiple redirects will do good as well as I am running cpa ads on my lander.
By the way, it's so hard to earn well with ppc. I am yet trying to learn and find a way to properly do it.
So to answer your question, ADWORDS can be used for cpa/affiliate promotions in your LANDING PAGE and avoid too many redirects (adwords hate it so much)..

I have a solution for you, real unique user clicks and they accept direct links, big volume on all geos and have no problem with affiliates. PM me anyone interested in this. I will give Skype details.

It could be that you are still using Adsense along the way. G sees it as arbitraging and shuts down your Adwords account immediately.
