By sneakiest I mean that the target doesn't notice that it triggered until the audio starts playing in the background so he can't close it before it loads. I've stumbled upon many of those surfing the Web but I never bothered to check which network came from.

I`m the only one with adblock installed and up to date and still sees popups when visiting certain adult educational websites?
