Which plugin using people?

At this forum, I have seen a lot of people providing service and making own domain which on install a plugin and placing an order through that forum and paying with only PayPal option. Which plugin peoples are using? Kindly help me with this. I am trying to make it, but it seems very difficult to me. I am using gravity forms, but this plugin is complicated in use.
